2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at sales@luxeandrose.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website and sent directly to the recipient via email.

We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates and times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
5. How long does shipping take?

- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (may vary by country)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. How much does shipping cost?

7. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us on our email. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund (excluding shipping fees). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
9. How do I start a return?

10. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange. Please submit an exchange request via our Returns Portal.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
